iBreath

The iphone and ipod touch just took it a whole never level. Introducing the iBreath. $79 device that can tell you if you're too drunk to drive. Its an alcohol breathalyzer where you blow into the straw coming out of it and instantly it tells you if you're over the drinking limit or not. If you're too drunk, it alarms, reading 0.08 or above sets off the alarm.

They also added a new application on the iphone, drunk dial. Basically prevents you from calling people who you might have a conversation with that you regret the next morning. Also, Taxi Magic, it sends a cab to you if you're impaired to drive. The service, which connects the iPhone directly to computer dispatch systems, is available in 25 cities across the U.S., including Los Angeles.

Hopes of you being responsible and safe. Just another way of decreasing road collisions. Oh yeah, it also doubles as a FM/am transmitter. So, its almost Christmas and New Years. And with all this snow on the ground, I think I'd be an useful thing to have.
